This project involved extending the existing home to accommodate a fully wheechair accessible kitchen and dining room, with a ground floor bedroom and ensuite wetroom, providing the client full use of the ground floor of their home without the need to navigate the stairs. The bedroom is designed to allow for a hoist to be installed if and when one is required, to allow for easy movement between the bedroom and ensuite. A new level access deck was built to the rear, providing the client access to use their garden for the first time in years.
