The ground floor of this existing detached home was completely remodelled to form a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and living space with two sets of French doors leading to the rear garden. A roof window was added over the kitchen space to bring light into this deep plan layout. The new kitchen is arranged around a central island with hob. A new master ensuite bathroom was also created.
