The ground floor of this existing detached home was completely remodelled to form a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and living space with large bi-folding doors leading to the rear garden. A new utility room with access to the side of the property was also created. The hallway was renovated, and bespoke glass doors added to bring light into the central space, with a new doorway also formed to create access to the new home office. A store cupboard and ground floor WC were also created as part of the renovation works. Externally the rear façade was completely refurbished with new cladding added to the first floor dormers, new windows, and sandstone repairs throughout.
