Currently at planning stage the works involve the design of a new build housing development on an existing vacant brownfield site adjacent to Petershill Park in Glasgow. This development will create 55 new homes with a mix of common close flats and 2 storey family housing on the site, including associated roads, parking and landscaping. The development of this site will bring life back into an existing derelict landscape, whilst allowing the existing desire lines to be retained through to the football park beyond. The proposals aim to be sympathetic to the adjacent tenements through the scale of the buildings and the design of the facades.
