Bruach were appointed to assist with obtaining Planning Permission for this new build housing development on an existing undeveloped site in the village of Banton, North Lanarkshire. The design involved creating 3 detached homes, one and a half storey high, with off street parking. The house plans and plot layouts were carefully designed to meet the requirements of the North Lanarkshire Council Local Development Plan including their requirements for the ratio of garden ground to house footprint to ensure all properties have plenty of garden space to enjoy. The project is currently at Planning Application stage.
