A new build community hall near Denny, completed in 2025. Bruach Architects were involved since inception stage through to completion of the construction phase as architect, lead designer, Principal Designer and Contract Administrator. Works included construction of a new build single storey building comprising a main hall, kitchen, toilets, stores and entrance lobby, with corrugated metal wall and roof cladding, externally works involved new below ground drainage, and formation of an access road and parking.
