Works Complete at Carron Valley
29 August 2025

This month saw the handover of the new build community hall for the rural community at Carron Valley.  Works included the construction of the new single storey hall with toliets and kitchen, new parking and drainage infrastructure.  A modern rural aesthetic was chosen with anthracite grey profile metal cladding and external fittings, with a pop of colour in a feature read main door and internal doors between main spaces.

Bruach Architects worked on the project from inception through to construction, undertaking the roles of architect, lead consultant, Principal Designer, and contract administrator.  Following early design options, a preferred solution was reached with the Community Council and local Development Group client.  More images of the completed building can be seen on our portfolio page.

We were delighted to work with an expert project team including Candid Construction Scotland, DNG Cost Consultants, Cowal Design Engineers, and DARe-me.  We look forward to the official opening later in the year.
