Thank you for taking the time to enquire about our proposed residential development at Southloch Street, Glasgow.
A Proposal of Application Notice was submitted to Glasgow City Council on 14th July 2023 outlining the intentions of Merchant Homes Limited and Advance Construction (Scotland) Ltd to develop the site. The proposed development comprises:
- Two storey housing circa 12 units
- 4 storey common close flats circa 43 units
Glasgow City Council have allocated the Proposal of Application Notice reference 23/01642/PAN

Public Consultation Event
We will also be holding a Public Consultation Event at Petershill Park Function Suite at 30 Adamswell St, Glasgow G21 4DD, on Wednesday 23rd August between 3pm and 7pm, with a follow up event being held at the same venue on Wednesday 6th September.
Please note that any comments made to us are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
